Refund Policy
We do not offer a refund policy for any items including bespoke commissions, as every piece is made to order.
Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 working days from the date on which you received them. Items must be returned in the same original condition and packaging, without damage.
Please ship your return item with a carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. All costs associated with return shipping are at your own expense.
In the event that your returned items fail to meet our requirements, you may choose to have the products redelivered to you at your own expense.
Items 50% off or more are final sale items and can not be returned or exchanged.
